Imperial is stylishly renovated, concierge serviced apartment with a large balcony overlooking tree lined streets and typical Nicoise buildings. It's quietly situated close to Parc Imperial and being just 2 minutes from the nearby supermarket, restaurants, cafés and bakery you'll truly feel part of Nice's local community. A 10-15 minute walk through the bustling streets brings you to the famous Promenade des Anglais and beach.

There are two comfortable double bedrooms with plenty of storage space, one bedroom has access to the balcony through large French-windows.

The very modern fully tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle a vanity sink and WC.

The open-plan living room is equipped with flat screen TV , DVD/CD player. There are two comfortable double sofas and a stylish glass dining table with seating for two. The large French-windows lead out onto the terrace and allow a light and airy relaxing space.

Gambetta is a leafy area of Nice famous for the Parc Imperial nearby the apartment. The atmospheric Old Town of Nice (Vieux Nice) is the main tourist attraction and is packed with cafés, bars, ice cream parlous, art galleries, boutiques and restaurants. The colourful Cours Saleya marketplace, the beach and promenade are only a short walk away. There are excellent transport links with the main buses being 1 walk away (number 5 and 7 run to and from the Old Town regularly) .

We really enjoyed our stay in 'Imperial', the service was great and the lady that met us was informative and friendly and really knew the area. The apartment was clean and had all the comforts you would expect at home. The balcony was great to sit out on and drink the complimentary Rose that was in the welcome basket. We had no issues but felt very taken care of and managed to cram a lot into a small holiday, in part thanks to Your nice apartment.
