'Beech Hill' is located on a quiet dead-end road near Acadia National Park. Our home has a large, private yard surrounded by evergreens and is very close to the park's Beech Mountain hiking trails. The first floor has a modern kitchen, full bath, dining room with balcony and a large pine-paneled living room with a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace. The couch in the living room converts to a queen-size sleep sofa. The second floor has three carpeted bedrooms and a half bath. Home exchanges welcomed. Smoking outside only, please.

    **All rates are subject to State of Maine 8.5% Sales Tax on rentals**

    A 50% rental deposit is required to complete a reservation. Confirmation will be sent by mail or email after receiving payment. The balance of the rent plus a $200 security deposit, 8.5% State of Maine Sales Tax and signed lease are due prior to stay.

    The $200 security deposit will be returned upon receipt of the key by the landlord, inspection of the house and furnishings following departure, and after receiving the monthly telephone bill.

    Please note that the above rates are based on a Saturday to Saturday rental period. This begins at 2:00 PM on the arriving Saturday and ends at 10:00 AM on the departing Saturday. The above dates show the NIGHTS that are included in the rental period.
