This land is the passion of Karl Jaeger, who is gradually creating paths, bridges and small vistas, inspired by Japanese gardens. The modern house is created on Japanese principles. Light walls, open spaces and simple mattress beds on polished wooden floors. Every room has several large windows, each framed in wood and creating a 'picture' from the trees and pond outside.
