We have visited this beautiful lakefront cottage in both the winter and the summer. The kitchen is open and warm, a fireplace provides ambience, and the open concept dining keeps the chef in the mix of the action. The cottage and the elevated outdoor deck provide wonderful sunrise and sunset views.
In the summer, the swimming, fishing and peacefulness of the lake are outstanding, with the quaint town of North Hatley at one end of the lake, and at the other.
In the winter, Mt. Orford provides spectacular skiing (downhill and x-country) about 15 minutes's drive away, and other Eastern Townships locations are within close range.
The Hot Tub is a must!
Truly a year-round location, and our family of 4 slept comfortably in the upstairs bedrooms, with ample space for visitors in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.
