A beautiful four season lakefront cottage on Lake Massawippi with stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows, from the open plan living / dining / kitchen. The cottage has a dock and small beach making swimming easy for young and old alike. The property extends to woods at the back, providing pretty countryside to ski, walk or snowmobile. The house is fully equipped and housekeeping may be requested as an extra service. This is an ideal place for a family holiday. It would suit one family or 6 adults and sleeps 7 max. Pets are allowed by arrangement.

We stayed at the cottage for 3 days during our sons wedding. The weather was great and the cottage was bright and beautiful. Our youngest son loved the lake and all the toys that came along with the cottage. The hot tub was great for the cool nights. There are some great little restaurants in town and the people are very friendly.Thanks for sharing your home with us!! We will come back again when we have more time.

A wonderful vacation home.

This house is fully equiped and is located on a very quiet private road which is fantastic if you really want to feel like you have escaped for awhile. The beds are very comfortable, the home was very clean. Be prepared not to expect good television reception which didn't really matter to me as much as my daughter. We enjoyed the fireplace and reading a good book. We enjoyed using the kayaks and canoes on the beautiful lake as well as the hot-tub on the deck. We drove into Magog each day for shopping and found some good bistros and grocery stores. We went to Mount Orford which is about 30minutes away for some outdoor activities. All in all a wonderful week. The owner is extremely professional, kind, and helpful with any questions/concerns etc.

We have visited this beautiful lakefront cottage in both the winter and the summer. The kitchen is open and warm, a fireplace provides ambience, and the open concept dining keeps the chef in the mix of the action. The cottage and the elevated outdoor deck provide wonderful sunrise and sunset views.

In the summer, the swimming, fishing and peacefulness of the lake are outstanding, with the quaint town of North Hatley at one end of the lake, and at the other.

In the winter, Mt. Orford provides spectacular skiing (downhill and x-country) about 15 minutes's drive away, and other Eastern Townships locations are within close range.

The Hot Tub is a must!

Truly a year-round location, and our family of 4 slept comfortably in the upstairs bedrooms, with ample space for visitors in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.
