New home on Pemaquid Lake in Damariscotta Maine. 6 room 24 x 34 cape. Ideal spot for canoeing, kayaking, etc. Lake is 7 miles long & 1 mile wide. Lakeview from all rooms, beautiful sunrise & moon rise. 20 minutes from ocean, Pemaquid Lighthouse and Fort Henry. Shopping & restaurants within 15 minutes. Very quiet and private has a float and runway and a float out further to swim off of. A row boat for your use and a grill also down by the water, brick patio with furniture.
