Spacious Place a Good Value

We rented this place for our daughter's 16th birthday and took four friends plus our dog, so 7 people in total. The girls opted to all share one room that sleeps five downstairs, which left a bedroom with a queen bed next to theirs, as well as the entire upper loft (with couch and futon) vacant. It was nice to have the extra space, and the girls did retreat to the upper level to watch a movie one night, though you can't use the loft and livingroom TVs at once, just too loud. Fast and easy to access wi-fi was great. The hottub took so long to heat up, we only used it one night, which we enjoyed. It was nice to see the ocean from the house, though there's no nearby public access and quite a walk to get to the beach, with no sidewalks and narrow shoulders in places, so better to drive there. The place could use some updating, including carpets, TV's and kitchen supplies; we appreciated being able to cook most meals in, but had to wash dishes nearly every meal to have enough for the next one. All in all, it was a good value, we liked having our dog along, girls were content (a nice extended celebration), and the owner was quite responsive. We appreciated getting our security deposit back within days.
