It features an equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom with a memory foam king bed, private second bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, and a memory foam queen sleeper in the living room. Great access to all of Telluride's attractions, and it's affordability make this a perfect choice.

It is one block from the gondola and 2 blocks from main street. You won't find a better value with this location. No car needed. Spectacular views of mountains and ski gondola.

Excellent Location for walking downtown

Ideal location as the unit is in the downtown shopping/dining district, 1 block from the gondola to access Mountain Village, 2 blocks to Town Park music venue, and 1 block to the ski area. Nice kitchen for preparing meals, and the second bedroom has its own bathroom. I found the bedrooms quiet during the night even though we were near the action of downtown. I would rent this unit again.

Perfect location reasonably priced

Two bedroom condo that was well suited for two men on annual ski trip. This unit is right across from the ski lifts, an easy 3 minute walk. Grocery store and multitude of restaurants around the corner so perfect location. Small, reasonably well equipped kitchen, excellent selection of DVDs and books, ski locker on ground floor all made this well suited for our purposes. Owner was local and available. We did not use the available inside parking. Unit is not luxurious but furnishings were extremely comfortable and ample for our needs. Less expensive than other in town properties. This condo is all about location location. Skiing was excellent.

BEST THING ABOUT THIS CONDO IS LOCATION, WE WALKED EVERYWHERE! IF YOUR GOING FOR THE SKIING YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE. THE PLACE WAS A LITTLE SMALL FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5 (3 LARGE TEENAGE BOYS) BUT IT WAS CLEAN.

This review is for a stay over Martin Luther King weekend for a ski trip. My wife and two boys stayed in the condo along with my parents. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. As others have noted, the location is great being across from the Gondola and walking distance to everything. My parents no longer ski so being able to explore the town while the rest of us were on the slopes was great. The only 'semi-negative' was the cooking supplies (pots, pans, etc.)...they were a little on the sparse side, so keep this in mind if you plan on doing a lot of cooking (we made several meals while we were there). Overall, we'd recommend.

Great location for both mountain access and Telluride

I stayed here as part of a party of six people in February 2011 and February 2012 and will hopfully be back for the ski season next year. I found the property itself well maintained with very good facilities. It was spacious and although there was a large group of us, because there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms there was plenty of room. Location wise it is excellent. It is only a short walk to the Gondola to the mountain village and there are lockers available for your ski gear. You couldn't ask for better! Also, in the evening it was lovely to take a walk around Telluride itself and there are many excellent restaurants just a few minutes walk away so you can get by without any car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and it would suit anybody from a couple to a larger party of 6 or 7.
