House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 6)

A beautiful, 4 double bedroomed single family home with high quality marble surround heated pool, located in the upscale Moorings area, set in the heart of Naples. This home has a peaceful view of water and landscape. The property has 2400 square ft under air conditioning on one level and is approx 3250 sq ft in total.

Located just one mile to the beach and comes available with a private beach pass to an area reserved exclusively for Moorings residents. The home boasts a host of luxury fittings to the very highest of standards and is furnished throughout. Extra facilities include a 55' HDTV, high speed wireless internet throughout, (meaning that you can use your laptop by the pool). Free telephone calls within Florida and cable television. A Bose sound system also adds to the 'chic' and comfortable feeling that this home benefits from. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television with remotes, i-pod sound stages and ceiling fans.

The magnificent Master suite has direct access through French doors to the pool area and has a large en-suite with 'his and hers' separate walk in closets. Please note that there are four double bedrooms.

The property has been refurnished in every room. We have had a number of rentors to date and many have written and thanked us for the home and made comments such as 'we did not feel like we were in a rental etc'. Which is exactly the holiday experience we like our guests to have and just like we wished when we rented before we made our own purchase. We also have the gardens and pool maintained WEEKLY to ensure that the presentation of the property is as we would expect at all times.

One of the finest features of the property is the totally private rear garden which is a generous size with a fully heated pool which gets the sun ALL day. It is a perfect envoironment for the children to play or if you just prefer your own privacy without being overlooked.

The rates quoted are DAILY for 'low' season which is May to December 16th and 'high' season which is December 17 to April 30. Although this website deals with direct bookings we actually use the services of a local rental agent in Naples who will deal with all the paperwork on our behalf, arrange for the key to be collected, give you a contact point in case you have any maintenance issues whilst in the home and also to provide 'peace of mind'. This also enables payment to be made by credit card.

As soon as we arrived at the house after a long flight from the UK we were impressed. It looks good from the outside and inside has a lovely, spacious and very Floridian feel. The home was immaculate and the decor perfect, we couldn't believe it was a rental and these owners really look after it. The best part of the house is the rear garden and pool, it has total privacy. Watch out though for the pool cleaners and gardners who turn up each week, they didn't knock and we got a shock the first time. There is ample information on the property and where all the switches are and it even had live English soccer on the cable TV (hubby thought that was great).
I would have absolutely no hesitation in reccommending this property to anybody else, we were so sad to leave.

Better than Expected - Perfect for my Family and I

My family and I are from Chicago. We use VRBO often, so we've seen great places and not so great. This place was terrific. The listing says 3 bedrooms, but it really has 4 (There is an office with a twin bed.) We stayed for 9 days. Its clean, and in great shape. It really is a beautiful home. Great location between Naples and Bonita Beach. Its a 20 minute walk to the neighborhood beach, and the home is surrounded by gorgeous million dollar homes in the neighborhood. Grocery stores are a 5 minute drive away. The grill is really nice and helped me put togther a great "Surf and Turf" dinner for my wife and daughter for our anniversery. The pool company came during the week to clean & maintain the pool, as well as the landscapers. I will stay again if it is available next year. The owner Andrew is very responsive, which was especially nice, when questions came up while we were staying at his rental. I always expect a rental to be less than advertised. These places are marketed and advertised to rent. This place was better than expected.

Nothing short of perfect

Well, we have just come home from a lovely vacation in Naples. This home was nothing short of perfect, from the well equipped kitchen to the beautiful pool and Lani area. BBQ and the bikes were a pleasure to have, ample seating and enough privacy for everyone. Upon arrival the home was very clean, and the grounds were well maintained. Many great restaurants to eat, lots of terrific shopping, the waterfront was scenic for biking and walking, and we even a few nice classy night life spots on 5th ave. You do need a car to get around town, driving was easy and not congested. I love Naples, this home just makes it more special.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay in this property, it's very spacious and very well equipped. The pool is very enclosed and private. The location is perfect for downtown Naples, beach and shopping. Gorgeous house in great neighborhood. Pool was a nice bonus with well maintained yard. Rooms were in great condition and bathrooms well maintained. Beautiful living room for relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with.
