SUGARBUSH TRI-LEVEL TOWNHOUSE

They say 'Vermont is not just a State, it's a state of mind.' And it's true. The best skiing in the East...golf is great...hiking, mountain biking through the Green Mountain forests...paddling the scenic rivers and lakes...relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the view. This 4 BR/2 BA townhome sleeps 10, is well located at the top of Sugarbush Village, just off the Village Run Trail, just across the road from the end of the Summit townhomes and the bus stop. The mountain maintains a nice fitness center with a pool. We're ten minutes to Waitsfield, about 45 minutes from Stowe and Burlington, Lake Champlain, and Killington are each about an hour's drive.

The condo sleeps ten and has three levels: top level has entrance, kitchen, dining/living rooms and fireplace; middle level has two bedrooms (double bed in each) and a full bath; lower level has two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with a single bed and a captain's bunk (double-bottom/single top bunk bed), washer/dryer, and full bath (with shower stall). There are five decks. The top rear deck has the best view of the mountains and a hot tub (with a great view of the fireworks on holidays). Rates/dates are negotiable for special circumstances, extended stays. Will trade weeks for other resort properties.
