Three-roomed flat with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, garage

The apartment on via Masetto is only 7-8 minutes going to walk from the beaches of the Garda Lake, the centre of Riva and the port Fraglia Vela.

It is a very quiet three-roomed flat consisting of a large living room with kitchen that offers every comfort, two double rooms and two balconies. The apartment is very bright, has been recently renovated and furnished and can accommodate 5 persons (more 2 on sofa bed).

In the garden below you can find a large area partially covered and fenced in, ideal for children.

The flat has also private PARKING and GARAGE (very important in Riva del Garda!).

The bike path connecting the lake with the Lower Sarca valley is only 50 metres from the apartment. All services (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, etc.) and the Trade Fair District that hosts international events throughout the year are only 200 metres far away.

The apartment on via Masetto is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday and is ideal both for couples and families with children.

The apartment near to the beach and the center is located in a quiet residential area, away from noises of cars and bar.
