Casa Demetra has been totally restored and refurbished in 2012 to a very high standard.

It is located on the first floor of a small splendid old Palazzo, also completely recently renovated.

It consists of a kitchen area with 2 burners and microwaves, big fridge/freezer, dining room with 4 chairs, elegant and spacious living room with 1 large sofa and 2 armchairs + flat screen tv, a lovely double bedroom in the back furnished with antique Sicilian furniture. Behind the bedroom a modern bathroom equipped with all comforts.

The whole apartment has double glazing to ensure a quiet stay!
