This superb luxury villa is situated at Windwood Bay, a quiet well maintained community with several lakes and open areas. It has a pleasant mix of both residential and vacation homes. This home is extremely well equipped with cable LCD TVs in all bedrooms, Internet access, games room and a south facing pool where you can get covered in sunshine from morning till night. This house caters for all you may need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. The accommodation caters for up to eight people.

The villa is situated just over ten minutes to Disney and close to a number of championship golf courses.

Completely refurnished throughout it comprises of,1 king bedroom,1 queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms. A large formal lounge and dining area, a family room with 40 inch HDTV with cable, internet and telephone. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The pool area has a large south facing deck for those relaxing days in the Florida sun.

Notes

  • We accept payment in both British pounds and US dollars.
    Rates include all taxes and end of stay cleans, stays of less than 7 days will have a cleaning charge of £60.
    Pool heat is recommended between November and March this is optional but can be arranged at a charge of £80 per week.
    A £200 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with full payment required within 8 weeks of your start date.
    A security deposit of £250 is required at time of full payment this will be returned once the property has been checked over by the management company.

A great place to stay!

We had a great 2½ weeks stay at this awesome villa. The house is clean and all the furniture inside the house looks brand new. The pool is in the perfect position if you want as much sun as possible. The area is great if you like to go for walks around the neighborhood, as there is a good route to walk that is about 45 mins around the area. To top it all, there are wild alligators (in different sizes, we only saw one BIG and two or three different small ones) to look at in the ponds you will pass.

Grocery stores, restaurants, shops and amusement parks are within a short distance.

We will definitely rent this house again. We can't wait to go back already!
