5 Bedroom Villa

A fantastic family home that has been lovingly cared for and upgraded to the highest standard.

The ground floor consists of a spacious hallway with a small cloak room off.

A fully equipped kitchen with built in Bosh appliances, coffee maker, toaster and George Forman grill.

Leading from the kitchen is the very spacious formal living area with big picture windows allowing you spectacular views over the well-manicured lawns to the golf course beyond.

The dining area has a Beautiful French country table allowing seating for a party of 8 or more.

Off the dining area you have the family/TV room for a more relaxed evening with a few local and international channels.

There is one Guest Suite on the ground floor.

The grand stair case then leads to the 2nd floor where you will find 4 further all en-suite bedrooms and the master has the added advantage for walk in closets and a small balcony that takes in the amazing views of the Ells course.

There are also a further sitting/games area on the 2nd floor with big comfy sofas where the children can be kept entertained and a small desk and chair with internet connection to allow you to keep updated with your e mails.

The gardens have been designed perfectly to include an 11 meter swimming pool, a sunken seating area, a separate dining to seat 8 or more people and 4 new sun loungers. The gardens are a tranquil haven to come home to after 18 holes of golf take a dip in the pool, fire up the BBQ and take in the stunning views of the Els Golf Course.
