Beautiful ground floor apartment in villa 50 meters from the beach of Alcamo Marina. Finished construction in June 2008, new and well furnished (new furniture), has a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bed, two full bathrooms and brand new, large brick patio, just 50 meters from the sea, with parking. Nearby shops, bars, restaurants.

On one of the most beautiful beaches of Sicily a few minutes from the natural reserve Lo Zingaro, Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo and the most beautiful tourist destinations of Western Sicily. Also you can easily reach other historic and cultural sites as Segesta, Erice, Gibellina, the Island of Mozia, Selinunte, the salt pans of Trapani and the Egadi Islands. You can also enjoy typical Sicilian specialties or sip an aperitif in the sea shores or on a boat off shore. An ideal place for a wonderful holiday by the sea, is located in a strategic location, easily accessible just off the junction of Castellammare del Golfo. A few meters from the beach and just 2 km from the heart of the country, ancient and charming seaside village, where stands the imposing Castle, near the new marina.
