Luxury 4 Bed Rental Home With 3 1/2 Baths And Peaceful Views Over A Lake.

Welcome to our Florida rental home near Disney, Orlando.

Our detached, two storey house has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8, with 3 1/2 baths, a games room and large private pool overlooking a lake. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with en-suite bath and access to the pool deck. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs with the family bathroom. Our great games room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey and PS2 with cable TV and seating area.

There is a pool shower room accessed from the pool deck which is great for showering after a swim or sunbathing. The west facing pool has an extensive sun deck which gets the sun from 9.30am till sunset all year round! Tall hedges surround the sides of the pool cage and the lake at the back ensures privacy.

We supply FREE wi-fi internet access together with a colour printer, all you need to bring is your laptop or I Pad. No need to worry about phoning home either as we offer FREE phone calls to most countries (limits may apply).

Our luxury rental home is located in the small cul-de-sac development of Ashley Manor with just 24 executive homes, less than 10 minutes from Disney World, Orlando.

There are two shopping plazas with supermarket and restaurants and a selection of shops, banks and championship golf courses all within 5 minutes drive. If you don't want to drive to the shops pick up a few essentials from the mini-mart which is a 2 minute walk away.

Ashley Manor is well positioned for easy access to Sea World and Universal Studios via the Interstate 4, and the route to Disney avoids all the queues along the 192. The new Legoland Park is now open and located to the south.

Florida is not just about Disney, there are fabulous State Parks which we recommend visiting. Our local one is Lake Louisa State Park with huge lake and nature walks. In the winter drive to Blue Springs State Park to see the Manatee who swim up the rivers to seek out the warm spring waters or rent a canoe and paddle along the river at Wekiva State Park which is one hour north of Ashley Manor.

We provide quality family accommodation and have local managing agents who take care of our home and our guests. Our house is protected by a monitored home security alarm system.

Lakeside, luxury 4 bed rental home in Ashley Manor, Orlando.

Ashley Manor is a small residential development of 24 executive villas in a cul de sac with no passing traffic.

Our home backs onto a conservation lake which attracts birds and wildlife as well as providing extra privacy when relaxing on our extensive pool deck. Tall hedges planted each side of the pool screen ensure added privacy.

Ashley Manor is in the area of Davenport which is less than 10 minutes from Disney World, Orlando.

The Interstate 4 is minutes away and provides easy access to Sea World (about 15 minutes) and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (about 25 minutes). Ashley Manor is on the right side of Orlando for driving down to the newly opened Legoland.

Orlando International Airport is approx. 40 minutes.

If you have time we recommend a visit to the coast, choose from the Atlantic beaches around 60 minutes away or the peaceful Gulf shores around 90 minutes drive.

The Florida State Parks are well worth a visit and provide an excellent opportunity to see natural Florida and spot wildlife. Our nearest Park is Lake Louisa State Park on Highway 27.

Golfers will enjoy our local course at Champions Gate which is a prestigious championship course designed by Greg Norman. There is also another great course at Providence which is just a few minutes away.

Just got back from a fantastic holiday staying at Balmoral Court. This villa is home from home. The swimming pool was great with plenty of sun loungers. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer, so was able to wash clothes before coming home. The location was perfect only 10 mins from Disney. There is also a supermarket nearby which is very handy.Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa. We hope to come again in a few years and would love to stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

“We all had a superb time in Florida made all the more special by staying in Balmoral Ct. We do all of our holidays by hiring houses and yours was, by far, the best. I honestly think the kids could have quite happily spent the whole two weeks in your pool.
I fully expect I'll be under pressure to take them back to Florida again in the next couple of years and you'll be the first on the list for accommodation.”

We enjoyed a great family holiday in this lovely villa. The house was very clean and well equipped. It is in a quiet location but still close to all the attractions and we loved lazing around the pool on our days away from the parks. I would certainly recommend this villa to any family wanting to stay in a home away from home close to the theme parks.
