Our family loves our Sanibel condo. If we can't be there to enjoy, we would love others to. I was previously a licensed real estate professional before I decided to manage our property myself.

Low Season: May 4-Oct 31, 2014; $900 per week. Nov 1, 2014-Apr 18, 2015: $1000-1495. Holiday weeks extra
20% deposit to generate a contract and book time. 50% due 90 days prior to check in. Final balance due 30 days prior to check in. $300 security hold on credit card for damages only to be charged if something is missing or broken in unit.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
