Deck with outdoor cooker. Fully carpeted. Sinks in every bedroom free up bathrooms. Close to grocery stores, churches, movies. Farmers Market - summer Saturdays.

Nearest airport:   Burlington, Vt. at 30 Miles
Nearest ferry:   Lake Champlain at 30 Miles
Nearest train:   Waterbury at 25 Miles
Nearest beach:   beach at 2.0 Miles
Car: necessary

Skiing, swimming, golf, tennis, horseback riding, soaring, antiquing. There is a local theatre with plays; music festivals at Sugarbush Resort in the summer; fall foliage rides on chairlifts and gondolas; 40 min. to the huge Sherburne Museum in Shelburne on Route 7 into Burlington. The granite quarries in Barre are interesting; Middlebury is about 45 min and has the Morgan Horse Farm and the Middlebury Inn as well as Middlebury College. Waterbury is about 15 min. and has the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory. Stowe is 45 min and has the alpine slide in summer and the Toll Road to the top of Mansfield. Sugarbush has golf, tennis and swimming pools; there is swimming in the Mad River and at Warren Falls. Convenient to grocery, bakery and liquor stores.

  • Each bedroom has its own sink. 4 sinks and two full baths. The 5th bedroom is a built in bed in the living room. There is also a loft over the upstairs bedroom which will sleep two. I used to sleep my two boys there. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 are bunk beds (the singles are built in also).
