Condo Size & Condition: This unit is 'Compact' each of the 3 floors is roughly 12' X 32'. The 3 Queen and 2 Full size beds can sleep 10, we suggest 8 adults for a bit more comfort. The condo however is furnished to maximize floor space and exceptional amenities are provided. Interior just repainted and entire unit deep cleaned for ski season. Tasteful & pleasant interior well maintained by housekeeper and handyman & reliable local professionals for all major repairs. KPM Property Management handles snow removal and exterior & structure maintenance and is on call for all emergencies. Condo is VT Fire & Building Safety Code compliant: hardwired CO/smoke alarms in bedrooms and common areas, lower level secondary means of egress window installed and fire extinguishers in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Wood stove chimney cleaned every season and all gas appliances checked and serviced by BlueFlame Gas. Your safety is our main concern.
Rates: Christmas and New Year's Weeks - seven (7) night minimum stay at $425/night, five (5) night minimum at $495/night, all rates plus 9% VT Room Tax.
Rental Policies: Reservations/Booking - Sorry we cannot hold dates without a deposit. Our policy is to rent to the first group to confirm by phone or email and pay 50% of rental fee plus 9% VT room tax by check within 5 business days. The 50% balance plus 9% VT room tax & refundable $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. The Security deposit will be refunded after you check out and leave the condo reasonably clean and undamaged * Check in is 5:00 PM - Check out is 11:00 AM but we can be flexible if the schedule permits * Refunds/Cancellations - Sorry but we cannot give unrestricted refunds if you cancel. Our family spent the Fourth of July week here and had a blast!
We arrived to clean and nicely prepared condo, quite close to mountain where we enjoyed lift and zip-line rides a lot of hiking and the fireworks.
The kids loved the Xbox and my wife and I were surprised by DVD selections, a lot of choices.
The kitchen was user friendly and we cooked about half the time, dined out the rest. Also nice to have a washer and dryer.
Owner provided great communication, very easy to deal with and let us arrive early and leave late, we highly recommend and hope to return.
This is a very comfortable, well stocked condo that is ski on and off. The condo has an extensive collection of DVD's and video games. Great for families. Condo is clean and well maintained, and the landlord was great to deal with. I would highly recommend the place!
I was able to take my family of four for the long Columbus weekend to this condo. The fall leaves were in Peak colors but that was only the begining of the great weekend we had. This condo has everthing you need to nestle up with your loved ones and enjoy the comforts of home.
Four bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 if you count the king size bunk beds that can easiily sleep up to four. Great for the kids. The wood burning stove that never took longer than 5 minutes to get up and running for an amateur fire builder like me. The fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The hundreds of DVDs preloaded into a player connected to a 5.1 surround sound system and if that isn't enough hundreds more VHS movies and an X-Box.
After a long day spent at Sugarbush Mountain there was plenty to keep everyone entertained for the relaxing evening.
The location was very close to the ski lodge and was an end unit for some privacy.
We had a great time and would return to this wonderful unit.
This condo suited us perfectly for our first season of skiing at Sugarbush. There are four bedrooms so plenty of sleeping space. The owner has lovingly cared for the condo and his personal touch (an enormous movie collection, champagne upon arrival, etc.) was a treat. We have 4 children and lots of equipment, but it still worked for us. The kitchen is a little small -- we aren't big cooks, so we didn't mind. The owner is very attentive and wants to make every detail perfect for his renters. Very nice experience.
We are located @ Sugarbush south, Lincoln Peak about 100 yards from Village Run ski trail. Village Run Condos. While not slopeside, you can ski to the condo with good natural snow and walk to the Forum condos road to ski to the lifts. Sugarbush is an exceptional ski area with two interconnected mountains in central Vermont, the Mad River Valley area. Enjoy skiing, riding, snowshoeing, ice skating, sledding, snowmobiling & Icelandic horse sleigh rides. Summer and Fall activities include Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course right on the mountain, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and fishing in the Mad River, hiking, mountain biking, two health & tennis clubs nearby, glider rides, spectacular fall foliage, Ben & Jerry's, farmer's market, antique shopping and the serene, historic village of Warren. We are very close to fine dining, apres ski diversions & minutes from shopping. Mad River Glen is a short drive, Stowe is 45 min. away and Jay Peak about an hour.
