The House is located over looking Sugarbush Village a Chalet consisting of 2200 sq. ft. on 4 floors with exceptional views of the mountains and ski trails, 4 bed rooms, 2.5 baths

The house is facing south with distant mountain views and looking out at - Racers Edge, Spring Fling, The Mall and Steins Run.

Location: Slope side, Sugarbush Village, Sugarbush, Warren Vermont. The house is on the mountain off the 'out to lunch' trail.

Things to do: Ski and Snow Boarding on/off Sugarbush, Sledding Hill, Golf, Disc golf, Mountain Biking, Biking, Hiking, Fishing, etc. complete game room in basement - billiards, ping-pong, darts, kids hoops, Lifecycle, Stairmaster, 50' Plasma TV, blueray player

House Set Up: You enter into the Main floor - foyer, powder room, living room, dinning area and kitchen with vaulted ceiling and wood burning stove, 42' Plasma TV, etc

Next level up - top floor is the loft with a queen bed, full bathroom and spectacular views

One level down from Living room there are 3 bedrooms - a Master bedroom - king size bed, day bed - a middle bedroom with a queen bed - and the small bed room with a trundle bed (full bed with slide out) - Full Bath room and Laundry room

Next level down is the Game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong, sofa bed, love seat, 50' Plasma, darts, and other games and toys

Truely Spectacular View

This house does have the best view! We were there on New Year's Eve and watched the torch parade and fireworks right from the house. The sledding hill was great for our two families of pre teens and teens. I would suggest making reservations at the local restaurants well in advance during holiday weeks.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great Chalet

There were 10 of us of various ages that rented the chalet for a week. WE enjoyed the skiing at Sugarbush. Some of us even skied at Mad River Glen which is nearby. Some of us went out on snow shoes and said the trails very very nice. There is something for everyone to do. The house was everything that it was advertised to be and we really enjoyed being there. If we are ever in that area again for a vacation I would definitely rent the house again and would recommend it to anyone I know.
