My husband, another couple and I stayed in this flat in November and had a great experience. The flat was clean, well-maintained and in a fantastic location. The nearest tube station was less than a five-minute walk, providing us with easy access to all the London sights we wanted to visit. What sets this flat apart from other rentals I've stayed in is the customer service. Cam's prompt and informative communication went above and beyond my previous rental experiences. He replied to emails that same day, called and emailed during our stay to see if there was anything we needed and to answer any questions we may have, offered transportation recommendations and had sightseeing suggestions available at the flat. He was very friendly and helpful, making our London experience a positive one. Adam, another FindaFlat employee, was also a delight. He was informative and very friendly, and he even drove us to a 24 hour grocery store at 2am when our flight landed to buy supplies for the next day! I cannot speak more highly of the customer service FindaFlat provided. I highly recommend this flat in London to anyone visiting the city, for business or pleasure. The next time we holiday in London, we will definitely be renting from Cam and FindaFlat again.

Save your money, stay somewhere else!!!

Once they have your money, you'd be lucky if Cam answers a phone call or email w/in a wk. There's extra fees for EVERYTHING that we didn't mind paying, until they didn't do what was expected for the money:
1) let in fee: We had difficulty calling them the day before as we'd been traveling for 24 hrs. They knew we were on our way as we had pd our rent in full before arriving & I texted them once we arrived at Heathrow. I don't think calling the day before would've prevented what occurred next. We were left to wait over 2 hrs across the street from the flat outside a pub w/ 4 teens. We called Heidi 3 times. Twice she said she'd just be "30 mins" b/c she was "stuck in traffic". The 3rd time we called, she asked us to meet her at the front door. We never saw her arrive in a vehicle (there is only 1 way into the parking lot) so I am sure she was in the flat the whole time. We get in the flat & she is washing 4 towels in the washer/dryer (a combo). This thing is a joke. Your clothes never dry & don't smell clean after washing. We had no linens & no towels other than the 4 wet ones.
2) starter kit of soaps fee: After letting us in, she quickly runs to most likely the £1 shop & gets a few things...no bin bags... you don't get much for the fee. Save your money, buy your own stuff.
3)huge fee for cleaning: There is NO way this flat was cleaned. Hair on the floor in the bedroom & all the floors were filthy, the windows were dirty, there was a horrible buildup of something in the toilet, & mold around the sink & shower. When mentioned, they swore it was cleaned. As you can see from the other reviews, they don't clean.
4) fee for linens: They only give 1 towel pp,1 sheet,1 duvet cover & 2 pillowcases. Our linens didn't arrive until 11:30PM! We'd traveled for 24 hrs & couldn't take a shower or lay down. The pillows are STAINED & there's a huge stain on the futon mattress.
5) huge fee for extra person: We were a grp of 7 (3 adults, 4 teens). We pd for an extra person & received a futon THE DAY AFTER WE ARRIVED that only a child could sleep on. The noise outside was awful. We all slept w/ earplugs in. I don't believe the other flat they offer would've been better. If there's windows, you're going to hear the noise.
The shower was broken & the water scalded us, the door to 1 of the bedrms locked us inside the room, & the table glass isn't secure & is unsafe.
Contract states that you must NOT post a bad review, however that is illegal. 1 star for location.

Nice, convenient, fairly-priced apartment

Thank you for an enjoyable, convenient, and fairly-priced place to stay in London. Apartment had just what we needed for a nice family vacation. Waterloo Underground/train station approximately a 5-10 minute walk away. Charlie was welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful apartment close to downtown, quiet and spacious.
Trade and transport nearby.
We had a small problem with the bathroom which was settled very quickly by staff who are available.
