Stunning 5 Bed 5 Bath Villa, Private Pool & Gardens.10 Mins Marbella

Villa Ermitage is a beautiful detached 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with a large private pool set in mature secluded gardens. Located close to the village of Cancelada, which is 10 minutes walk. Here you can encounter local bars, shops and restaurants or in 15 minutes drive you can enjoy the chic sophistication of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The house is well furnished and decorated in classical style with air-conditioning throughout.

A particularly nice feature is the huge lounge with picture windows overlooking the swimming pool. It has a flat screen television with satellite TV ( Sky channels except sports & movies).

There is a balcony also overlooking the pool with patio furniture for dining al fresco and another wrought iron dining table and chairs on the opposite side of the property in the palm courtyard, located near the BBQ area.

The lovely master bedroom has a dressing room and corner bath as well as separate walk in shower. Bedroom 2 also has a bath & separate walk in shower.

There is a large paved area surrounding the pool with plenty of room for sunbathing and a great garden with lawns where you can play games or sit under a shady tree and read a book.

The kitchen is large and well fitted and there is a second refrigerator in the utility room.

It is a very spacious properly, which would be well suited to a large family or group of friends holidaying together, especially as each bedroom has its own bathroom.

There is ample parking in the front courtyard.

    Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this.
    Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that you let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
