Its location is perfect for numerous excursions by the Tramuntana mountains on foot or by bicycle.

Situated in the north of Mallorca Pollença is a cosmopolitan city with cultural and artistic tradition in all areas, from the International Music Festival (July-August), art galleries, good local and international cuisine ... with the services that a vistante may need.

SCHÖNES APPARTEMENT IN ALTSTADT

Wir waren zu zweit im Appartement. Uns hat das Appartement gut gefallen,moderne neue Ausstattung, ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Lage ist total gut, wenige Meter von den Calvaristufen entfernt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir einige kulinarische Kleinigkeiten der Region vor (Wein, Mandeln,Kekse), sehr nett. Wie bereits von anderen erwähnt ist es manchmal laut,da eine Bar mit Tischen draußen in der Nähe ist, so daß man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es kein Problem. Wir würden das Appartement weiterempfehlen. Für den niedrigen Preis Toplage und innen schön, zum Wohlfühlen. Kirsten

SCHOENE LAUTE WOHNUNG! NICE LOUD APPARTMENT

Die Bilder der Duplexwohnung im Internet stellen die Wohnung akurat dar, und für 2 Erwachsene ist sie wirklich groß genug. Die Lage ist zentral, aber es gibt kaum Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sie kann sehr heiß und stickig werden, aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Das Problem ist der Lärm der Bar nebenan. Nur eine Person hatte diese Bar erwähnt, und ich dachte daher, dass es nicht so schlimm sein würde. Großer Fehler. Wegen des Lärms würde wir hier nicht mehr wohnen. Dazu kommt der Lärm von Mopeds in der Nacht. Schade!

The pictures provide an accurate description of the duplex appartment, and it's got the right size for two adults. It's got a central location, but there are very few parking spots nearby, and they cannot be used during the day on weekdays. It can get very hot and sticky inside the appartment, but there is air conditioning. However, there is too much noise from a bar nearby! Only one person had mentioned this bar, so I thought it would not be that bad. Big mistake! I would not stay there again because of the noise from this bar and the scooters which pass all night.

Hasta ahora todos los comentarios habían sido muy buenos. La verdad es que hasta ahora sólo habíamos tenido una queja, y fue precisamente por el ruido que provocaba un bar con terraza al aire libre. Cuando eso sucedió (julio de 2012), el apartamento no tenía aire acondicionado, por lo que era necesario tener las puertas y ventanas abiertas para que circulara el aire. Este invierno hemos instalado aire acondicionado y bomba de calor.
El clima en Mallorca es húmedo, lo que provoca una sensación pegajosa, pero no está en nuestras manos cambiarlo!
El estacionamiento del frente se limita a una hora por la mañana (8 a 15h.) de lunes a viernes, el resto del tiempo es libre y, por supuesto, se puede utilizar. A cinco minutos a pie hay otro parking municipal, gratuito, muy grande y sin restricción de horarios.
Las fiestas patronales de Pollença, son del 26 de julio al 2 de agosto por lo que hay más vida nocturna y como consecuencia más tráfico. Desgraciadamente, tampoco está en nuestras manos cambiar las fechas de las fiestas del pueblo.

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, and a bathroom. The second is an open room with a TV chill-out, ideal for games, has two futon mattresses. Access to a terrace with great views of the town of Pollensa and surroundings.
