Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this convenient ground level condo with EASY access to the beautiful white sandy Sunset Beach! There is a dock for fishing and crabbing steps away from your door. Oh, did I mention the pool or the laundry rooms, everything is so convenient and Sunset Beach is the cutest 'key west' community.

The Condo comes fully furnished with a nice king-size bed (which can convert to 2 twins)and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has all the latest appliances and is supplied with all appliances you need.

the interent, no problem, just bring your laptop, we're connected!

About The Owner

Don & I bought Sunset Cove in 2004 for an investment and a vacation home. We currently live in The Villages, FL which is a couple of hours from 'the beach nest' but certainly close enough for us to get there to inspect, fix and enjoy. We are both retired. We moved to Florida in 1990 for the beautiful weather and have not regretted it one day. it's gorgeous down here. don is originally from WV and I am a Jersey girl. we both have 4 adult children & lots of grandkids. we have renovated the condo putting in all new appliances and some nice fresh paint & flooring. we are proud of our place and enjoy sharing it with our guests.

Why The Owner chose Sunset Beach

We love Sunset Beach. It is like a mini-Key West. We are surrounded by beach cottages, lattice, tropical landscaping,coconut trees & beautiful flowers. It's an adorable area and the best part is that we are on the skinniest part of the little strip with one side being the bay and the other side the beach.

What makes this condo unique

We really like coming to our place because it is so convenient. You pull right up in front of the door (how nice is that). It makes it so easy. One of the rituals we always do when we get here, is walk down to Caddy's on the Beach for breakfast. We just love looking out on the water while eating our breakfast and drinking our morning coffee. And the best thing is that a few minutes up the street, there are other restaurants too, a ton of activities & shops and whatever you need or want. Great location. Come to 'the nest'.

churches, & night life are nearby, A short drive away is the St Pete Pier & museums, Enjoy baseball at Tropicana Field, football at Raymond James Stadium, the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, or hockey at the Ice Palace, all just 30 minutes away, Nearby is Biking, or Horseback Riding, You can enjoy Boating, & Snorkeling/Diving, If fishing is your thing, no problem at all, You can fish from several local fishing piers or if you prefer, there are boats available for day trips & deep sea fishing, For your entertainment pleasure, you can also find Live Theater, Cinemas & Museums, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, & the Florida Aquarium just 30 minutes away as is Tampa International Airport, You are just 90 minutes from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, & Universal Studios

Everything was just as you described it!

Hi Barb,

We enjoyed our stay at your condo everything was just as you described it,
very well equipped and a great location, the people we met were very
friendly as you said they would be.

We enjoyed walking on the beach and there was always someone on the dock fishing or just hanging out, the dolphins came to visit on several occasions.

We did all the laundry and left the condo in great shape.

What an Idyllic Spot!

Hi again!
Thank you for the wonderful rental. Your place is lovely, a great locale. What an idyllic spot! I did make it down to Gulfport and loved it.

I washed all the linen and cleaned as best I could, also followed exit directions on fridge.

I will keep in touch, if thats ok. I might be heading back down in August.
Safe travels and thanks again.

Note from Barb: I pride myself on having the best cleaners in town but I am also finding the best houseguests. People, you dont have to clean! I guess my guests feel like leaving it as clean as they found it. What a joy and such a compliment.

Hello and Good Evening Barbara,

I just wanted to write you, and let you know what a nice time my sons and I had staying at your beach nest. It was very cute and quaint & homey. We fished off the dock while there, My oldest son caught a huge catfish, but I dont know how to filet a catfish so we let it go. Thank you so much again for allowing us to stay on such short notice, we enjoyed it alot and look forward to staying again some other time.
