    A $300.00 security deposit is required upon payment of the final balance, which will be returned no later than 5 working days following the receipt of the phone bill pertaining to your rental and provided no property has been damaged or defaced. In the event of cancellation, the total amount paid is forfeited. If the Villa is able to re-rent the booking at the same total price, the full amount less a 15% cancellation fee will be refunded. After final payment due date the guest count is fixed and cannot decrease.

Special arrangements can be made should you desire alternate check-in/check-out times if your flight times are conflicting and there are no other rentals that day The reservation deposit is 50% of the total rental fee and is due at the time the reservation is booked. The deposit is non-refundable. Reservation confirmation is not valid until the deposit is received. The balance of the rental agreement is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments for car usage are also due with the final payment. Vehicle usage hours are Monday - Saturday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Vehicle usage is $80/day, with driver (Manzanillo and Santiago only). Best Vacation Ever

The vacation spot and the home itself was incredible. My wife and I felt like we were in Europe somewhere in the Meditteranean. The staff was incredible and courteous and always willing to please. The food was amazing and the staff prepared everything so well, we felt like we were eating at a five star restaurant every meal. There were more than enough activities to do in manzanillo for the adventure seeker and for just the family man.
I would suggest to talk to your doctor prior to traveling to Mexico to prevent and sickness that may occur due to eating the different kinds of food there. Other than that it was an amazing vacation, thank you Villa La Querencia.
Owner's Response: When traveling to foreign lands, use care in choosing what you eat when out and about. Eat only at places where you know how the food is prepared. Villa La Querencia prides itself on using the utmost care to insure a safe and healthy vacation for our guests.

The Ultimate Vacation

From the moment we stepped foot into the villa the pampering began. We were met with delicious margaritas and nachos and were warmly welcomed by house manager Caesar and the entire staff. The view of Manzanillo, the mountains, and the ocean is absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention the world-class sunsets!

Juanita is a master chef in the kitchen, as the food was wonderful. The only mistake we made on our trip was that we ate out one night!

The villa is spacious and beautiful with a great layout for privacy for big groups. The staff kept the villa immaculate.

To top off our wonderful week in paradise, we caught a very nice 10 foot marlin! Our group of 8 had such a marvelous time that we kept asking ourselves, "what else can go right?"

Villa La Querencia will be a destination that our entire group will look forward to returning regularly for many years to come.
