Beautiful, high standard, detached villa - 'los tres patos' - south facing, extremely good location, very close to the beach. The villa has recently undergone an extensive reconstruction. A new, lovely, private swimming pool (salt water). Living room with fireplace, large indoor terrace (patio) fully glassed for breakfast and dining, 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, study/bedroom, separate kitchen, utility room and hall plus a new large roof terrace overlooking the sea. The villa is very well equipped. New air conditioning in three of the bedrooms plus living room plus marble heating during winter. Safe and Securities Direct alarm. Very good selection of international and British television channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sport, Sky News, etc. Invested in new furniture, beds, curtains, etc throughout the villa. A permanent care taking service agreement (key holding, pool and garden maintenance) of the property with a local service company (Sky Services). Ideal for two families

Rio Mar is a very nice, quiet and family friendly resort (urbanisation) area close to the beautiful beach in Mil Palmeras. Rio Mar is inhabited by many residential foreigners as well throughout the year. A short walk to the beach and to restaurants, bars, banks and grocery shops. Three excellent golf courses only 10 minutes away by car. The clubs are: Club de Golf Las Ramblas: Tel: 0034 966774728. Real Club de Golf Campoamor: Tel: 0034 965320410. Campo de Golf Villamartin: Tel: 0034 966765170. You can book up to 5 days in advance. The green fee ranges from EUR 45 for 18 holes at Golf Las Ramblas. Information about the courses will be in the villa.
