From the master bedroom the surf can be seen and heard without getting out of the king sized bed. Beautiful kitchen and living areas also overlook the ocean. Palapa roof over master bedroom. Two levels with three bedrooms and two baths on upper level. Kitchen, bathroom, living, and bedroom with bath on the main floor. I love Sayulita and the Pacific Ocean
Close to everything. Can walk to the ocean and beach(469 strides-less if you're running catch some surf) as well as town.
We stayed in this house for four nights and could not have been happier. The house is closer to the beach and town than the site mentioned, so that was an added bonus. It is on the way up a short, but very steep hill, so take that into consideration. You can't see the sun actually set over the water, which is something we were looking forward to, but the colors spreading through the clouds over the house were amazing. The house is a great place to relax and watch the light dim outside, with plenty of patio space on both floors. There is also more than enough space inside to hang out if you want to do that also. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is decently equipped, but be warned that the gas pressure to the stove top is less than desirable. It took over an hour to boil a pot of water for some noodles. We grilled fish two nights, so that was easy enough to escape the kitchen. Also, they had more than enough wine glasses but no wine opener. If you are a wine drinker, you might want to plan on bringing a small one with you if you check bags. If you aren't renting a car they can set you up with a great service round trip from the airport in a suburban. It was a little pricey, but it was well worth all the extra space and not being crammed into a taxi or waiting on the bus. Overall a great place and I would recommend this house to anyone.
We stayed at Casa las Brisas just recently, during the month of March 2014, and our experience was extraordinary, we loved the location of the house, the decor, the colors, the layout, pretty much everything about it. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The access was made very easy to us, even though we got there very late at night. The property management couple were delightful courteous, and spoke perfect English. They always answered my calls when I had a question or a request. This made our stay even more pleasant. We can't wait to go back to Sayulita and stay at Casa las Brisas.
Great time, it's everything you want, clean, close to town and beach, good view. Inconvenient it's on top of a very steep hill. It was not a problem for most of us but if you are a bit impaired....
In all, we loved it.
My wife and I spent 3 weeks in this home in February. 2014. There are great views from all areas of the home, especially the main deck, so spacious and 100 percent private. The site is above the town, thus affording the view, but it is just a short 5 minute walk to the plaza or beaches. The owner, from Colorado, was excellent in helping us with arrangements, payment, etc. and his in town contacts Nancy and Herasmos were very attentive when needed. This is a highly recommended property. We would definitely stay again should we visit Sayulita in the future.
Thank you, Seth, for sharing your wonderful Sayulita home with us. Thanks to Nancy, her esposo (who's name I can't pronounce :), and to Karina for keeping it all together and providing my family with a vacation of a lifetime. We have enjoyed (almost) every moment here. The view is fabulous, the home is comfortable, the neighborhood is a pleasure. I do, however, have to forewarn future renters of the noise at night. The breathtaking master bedroom is open to the music from town as well as the neighbors' roosters. I have left some very useful (new) earplugs on the bookshelf for the next tenants. Salud!
What a great house in Sayulita. We just had a magical Christmas and New year’s there. It’s a super private location with a sweet view and a short walk to town and the beach. We hardly needed our car when we were there. It was nice to be greeted in town and shown to the house by the manager. We did use the concierge to arrange some things in town that might have been difficult otherwise. We’re going back.
