Outstanding value in a prime location. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa provides a charming and relaxing atmosphere for your Hilton Head Vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee on our deck which overlooks an Olympic sized, L-shaped pool, spa, and 2 of the 10 har-tru tennis courts located in the complex. Fiddler's Cove, a gated community with 24 hour security, has beautifully maintained grounds, 2 indoor racquet ball courts, barbeques, and play areas for tots. Guests also have access to Player's Club, a local health club/fitness center. We are 300 yards from the most beautiful beach that Hilton Head has to offer. Convenient to golf, shopping,restaurants and Hilton Head's extensive bike path network. Our well equipped villa includes digital cable, wireless internet service (secure line) along with various items in our deck storage that guests are welcome to use including, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards.

    Upon receipt of your deposit, you will then be forwarded a rental agreement form which you will return with your final installment approximately two weeks prior to your arrival. This allows us the time to forward our guests an informational packet and keys.

    An additional security deposit of $100. will also be required with the final installment. The deposit will be returned in full upon inspection of the unit and the return of the keys to the owner.

This is a very nice villa, with a prime location next to the large pool, and just blocks to the beach. The latest updates including wood flooring and new appliances have enhanced its appeal. We've been coming every year for nearly 10 years and are always pleased with the unit and in dealing with the Werners.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great rental villa with all the amenities. It is well equipped , tastefully decorated, immaculate and very comfortable. The villa is conveniently located to good restaurants, golf, bike and walking trails and a beautiful beach. It overlooks a great pool area. It is a definite return vacation. Thanks Tom and Betsy.

A perfect location and a lovely villa rental. Everyting you need is available. Close to everything. Close and easy beach access-terrific uncrowded beach. Good restaurants close by. Great golf. Will return again next year.

Had a great time when staying in your condo in October. Your recent redecorating, wood floors, and ceiling fans were nice upgrades and great improvements to an already wonderful vacation home. We're looking forward to our next stay.
