The house is situated in La Florida, five mins drive from the coast, it has its own supermarket, bars and restaurants. We have a lovely pool, which is for sole use of the residents. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the rear patio over looking a beautiful courtyard. As the sun moves to the front you can enjoy drinks on the enclosed front patio. The roof solarium provides day long sunshine and is complete with sunshades, sun-loungers, and barbecue. All garden furniture is supplied. Ample parking to the front of property.

There is a Lawn Bowels Club 5 minutes walk from the house and a tennis club within easy walking distance. A water park is situated on the outskirts of Torrevieja. Bars and restaurants are plentiful and many within walking distance

Torrevieja: The harbour town of Torrevieja is located 40 minutes drive from Alicante Airport and 5 minutes from La Florida. The area is rated by the World Health Org. as one of the healthiest places to live due to its proximity of two large salt lakes. The town itself has an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants and the promenade makes for an excellent evening stroll.

Activities: There are three golf courses with 10 mins drive, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamar. The renowned La Manga complex is 30 mins drive away. Tennis and Lawn bowling within walking distance

On arrival: On arrival at the house we will meet you personally to hand over the keys, show you round and generally point you in the right direction. A welcome pack can be provided at a small extra cost and airport pick up and drop off can also be arranged. Although car hire is not essential we would recommend it to get the best out of the area and to add to your enjoyment.

We would absolutely recommend this holdiday home. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Having British tv and Dvd player was great . The kitchen was well equipped..home from home . The lovely Waldermars restaurant and bar just a few short steps away and If you like your football , the Wicklow Abbey across the road has giant screens and a beautiful beer garden.There are other bars and a good supermarket nearby also.

Despite the horrendous rain for the first 2 days we had a most enjoyable stay. The villa was beautiful, very comfortable with every amenity you required. The owners were very friendly, helpful and informative. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this to anyone.

My family summer holiday

I stayed in this lovely and well maintained holiday home with my family and mother. We stayed for a week and found plenty to do around the apartement. Plenty of bars and places to eat. The main bar and entertainment being the Abbey Tarvern. Gorgeous big old looking place with excellent food and different things on through the week. They also have a kids play area where i was happy to sit in the out in the new garden and let my son run back and forward to his activities.

A little walk or a run in a taxi will take you to different selections and beaches.

A lovely place to stay, safe and very friendly. Would go back again.

The owners are very pleasant and helpfull showing us places of interest on our journey from the airport.

Ideal spanish holiday destination. The welcome on our arrival was unexpected, despite our late arrival we were met with a friendly face ,a bottle of wine, milk and water in the fridge, a nice touch. Directions from airport were excellent. The house gave us great freedom. Lots of nearby entertainment at night with something for everyone. A supermarket with every thing you need close by. You would really need a car as the beach is a good 30min walk. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to revisit. Jean and Aidan.
