Kick back for a memorable family holiday. Corn boils, BBQs, campfires are what this cottage is all about. Located in the small community of Darnley, PEI, this cottage is located about a 5 minutes walk to one of the nicest light beige sand beached on the Atlantic coast. Because beach access is restricted to cottage owners and their guest, the beach is quiet, clean and pristine. The cottage is designed for either one large family, or two smaller, as it can accommodate up to 12 sleepers, making it one of the best values in PEI. We are located within 1 hours drive of more than 20 great golf courses, and only 20 minutes from the family and tourist attractions of Cavendish.

Exactly what we expected!

We were four adults and a child who rented this cottage. We were very happy with our rental, everything was exactly as we saw on the pictures posted online. The house was clean and the outside was also well maintained. Myles (owner of cottage) is a pleasure to deal with, very personable.

There is nothing we didn't like during our stay, our 2 1/2 year old had lots of space to run around. This location is close to the Anne of Green gables Museum, birthplace and Avonlea Village.

We had a very friendly neighbour who brought over his binoculars so we could observe the American Bald Eagles in the trees, we also saw a rabbit and one morning a fox. On some days you could hear the ocean and smell the salt in the air. The sunsets were stunning and the walks on the beach were memorable. We would stay here again if we were to visit P.E.I.
