You'll just love this spacious 2900 sq.ft. 3BR/3BA single family home with a private SWIMMING POOL! Located in Palmetto Dunes Resort on beautiful Hilton Head Island, the back of the house is located near the 7th tee of the newly renovated Robert Trent Jones golf course, ranked one of the top courses in the Southeast by Golf Magazine. Palmetto Dunes Resort is perfectly located near the center of the island. The house is walking distance to Shelter Cove Harbor, Shelter Cove Mall and the Island Arts Center. We are just a 10 minute walk to a private ocean beach, or parking is available at the Dunes House (a private beach club). Palmetto Dunes Resort offers a free shuttle service that will pick you up at the house and take you anywhere on the plantation, including the beach, golf courses, tennis center, shopping and restaurants.

What a wonderful rental experience. The home was beautiful. Great location. Very private. The private pool was perfect as the temperature was over 100 each day.

This house was great. Very spacious. We had 10 people staying in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was also very nice having the pool. The location was great to many things.

You could definitely come on vacation here and only bring your clothes. The kitchen is very well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs and other items to use.

This home was definitely worth the money and the owner was great to work with. We would definitely go back.

Great location for a vacation. The home is very comfortable and the owners are very accomodating. Palmetto Dunes is centrally located on the island which makes for easy traveling. Not only a golfers paradise but great beaches,
restaurants, fishing, biking, whatever your pleasure. I look forward to our yearly family vacation on Hilton Head Island..

This is our second time renting this property. We returned because of the ideal location, close enough to everything on the island, the close access to the beach, and the wonderful property. The house is clean and well furnished, the kitchen has everything for cooking, the pool is magnificent, the area is quiet, and the house is spacious and designed for comfort and enjoyment.

The owner is prompt with refund of security deposit, is easy to work with, and displays the utmost in professional courtesy.

This is a great place to enjoy a Hilton Head vacation.

Well worth the money for this PD rental...

We were searching for a property within our price range and this one fit the bill. We stayed for 2 weeks in late may/early june 2008. We have 2 young boys and this was more than enough room for us. The property was clean and the owner was exceptional in her contact with us.

Yes, the furnishings and decor are a little dated; however, everything we needed was there for us. My only hesitation would be renting this home in months other than summer as the pool is not heated. This should be available for a fee, as it is in nearly every other rental.

The area of the home (mariner's) is perfect for families with young children. Great for bike riding (very flat) or taking walks and not too far from the beach.

I would recommend this home for anyone considering a visit to Hilton Head. It's a great value for all that you get.
