About this property

Our Cabana is located in Xpuha's bay one of the most espectacular beaches in the Caribbean. Xpuha means Morning Dew for its wonderful sunrises, turquoise waters and white sand beaches and it has the best kept secret, the arrival and birth of turtles

The property has a big terrace with an outside dinning table Air conditioned, Wi fi, kitchenette with utencils for cooking a queen size bed and a double sofa bed, hot water, minifridge, and a pergola with beach chairs right infront of the Ocean

One of the secret beaches and local hangouts of the Riviera Maya is Xpu Ha beach. Located just south of Puerto Aventuras, 15 to 20 minutes away from Playa del Carmen and one hour away from Cancun International airport, 20 minutes away From Tulum and close to most of the main atraction of the Mayan Riviera .

Xpu Ha is a delight for beach lovers looking for that Caribbean post card scene. Wade out into the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and be swept away by the freedom of the sea. Beachside restaurants offer fresh fish tacos and ice cold beer making Xpu Ha beach an easy place to put your beach chair for the day

It was ok

For how much we payed a night I don’t think it was worth it. Such Great beach access is what makes this place bookable. The AC doesn’t cool the cabana at all it’s more of a cool fan that blows on the bed. There were buildings surrounding the cabana that weren’t pictured. People living in vans/buses 200 feet from our cabana. When you drive in it’s labeled as a glamorous camping ground. No one speaks English on the premises. Carlos was a phone call away and helpful. We ended up getting a refund on the last night due to rain/storm issues because the cabana is not sealed and water/bugs get in and the storm brought a bunch of seaweed so we couldn’t use the beach. Took him 3 weeks to get us our money back and he asked for personal bank information several times (which isn’t needed when using Elektra/western union). Loved the idea of it but too expensive for the reality.
