Best Time Ever!

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was very quaint and would easily accommodate a couple looking for a great view and privacy. All the amenities were there for comfort such as a mini-fridge, microwave and plenty of utensils and dishes. Pots and pans were provided if you felt like cooking a meal from the counter-top burners. There is also a little convenient store within the condos that made it easy for me to grab snacks and produce. The condo is located right above a restaurant but it was never a problem. I never heard a peep from below.

I took a solo trip and felt very safe as a petite 35 year old woman. I took daily walks throughout the marina and the beach which was about a 5 min. walking distance. Passing the marina on the way to the beach was nice. One day in passing I even saw a marlin that a gentlemen caught which wrangled up quite a crowd.

Dealing with Nancy was priceless. She made me feel comfortable even though I never personally met her. She periodically kept in contact with me to ensure my safe arrival and to make sure everything was suitable. If I needed anything during my trip she was very easily reached. I was very appreciative and impressed with her professionalism. Will definitely do business with her in the future for my next solo trip.

My wife and I spent from Dec. 14, 2011 to Jan. 14, 2012 in this condo. This condo is in one of the best locations possible. There is a nice sports bar below the condo, but we were never disturbed by the noise. When you close the door, it's very quiet in the condo. This was the best vacation I have ever taken and one big reason was the condo. The owner was in constant contact when we needed her. I would recommend, very highly, this property for your vacation. If you use this condo, tell the bar staff down stairs Richard said hi.

We absolutely loved this place, nice sized studio good space for two people,nicely furnished, small kitchenette which we cooked full meals on, everything you need is there including the corkscrew ! Balcony onto Marina is fantastic always things going on below ,people watching and boats and plenty of good restaurants, everything is close, town, beach etc. definitely do not need a car. Place is clean ,we had housekeeping once a week ,everyone there from front desk to housekeeping was so friendly. The owner is so nice and easy to work with and all the information provided is as we found it. Will we go again? In a heartbeat!

A perfect location with a good sized balcony and an incredible view of the boats on the Marina. This condo was good value. It has a well equipped kitchen, is very clean and situated in the heart of Cabo with restaurants all around and night life at your fingertips. The beach is a short 10 minute walk and owner provides beach towels. Front desk staff friendly as well as Security who helped with luggage and topped up my Cabo cell phone (only $30.00 to purchase). For cheap eats, try Tiki Bar and Solomons and a trip to Cabo Wineries completes your trip. Salvadores is great for Italian food - 2 people can split the incredible Lasagna. Would stay here again because of it's central location and I felt very comfortable and safe as a single, mature woman traveller.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway
