The apartment has 34 square meters and an additional 10 square meters balcony facing the inner courtyard where you can enjoy the Belgrade evening.
An impressive 3.30 meters ceiling height, kitchen in connection to the bedroom which contains a double bed for 2 persons.
The apartment is located in the most attractive area of the city center with only 40 meters to the famous pedestrian zone Knez Mihailova street.

Although its central location you will not be disturbed by the city noise as the apartment is facing a quiet courtyard area. As such the apartment is also suitable for families with small children. A baby bed and baby chair can also be provided upon request.

*Rates exclude city tax of €1.3 per person daily. The city tax for stays up to 30 days is €1.3 per person daily. Children under the age of 7 do not pay the city tax, while children between 7 and 15 years old pay only a half of that amount.
*Regular check-in/out time is from 14h (2 PM) on arrival and until 12h (12 PM) on Departure. For check-in and check-out time between 24h and 8h (12 AM and 8 AM), there is surcharge in the amount of €20.
*Check-in and check-out is by arrangement. There won't be any surcharge if guest is less then a 30 minutes late after the arranged time. If the guest is late for more then 30-60 minutes, there is surcharge in the amount of €10 for that as well as for every following hour.
*In case guest requires staying in the apartment after 12h (12 PM), it can be arranged if the apartment is available. With prior announcement, guest can keep the apartment until 16h (4 PM) with surcharge in the amount of 50 % of the daily apartment rate, or after 16h (4 PM) by paying the full amount of the daily rent.
*You are kindly asked to leave the apartment you rented tidy and to take out garbage from the apartment (you are not obliged to clean it, we will do it of course). Otherwise, there is surcharge for final cleaning of €30.
In order to confirm the reservation you should make a prepayment in the amount of 30% of the total amount. When making the reservation you accept our Rental Terms and Conditions you may find enclosed.Remaining balance for accommodation including city tax should be paid in cash in dinars according to official exchange rate of our bank.
