There are large sliding patio doors opening out from the family room to the covered lanai, swimming pool and screened deck area. There is plenty room here for everyone to sit down and enjoy watching a movie or TV, with over 140 channels to choose from, boredom is not an option!
The family room is overlooked by our fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast and snack bar, a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher, all of which are stainless steel. There is also a separate breakfast nook area with comfortable seating so you and the family can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in a less formal environment.
The utility room just off the family room has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer. There is a half bathroom right next door to the utility room.
From the family room there are door's leading to the Master Bedroom which features a king sized bed and has its own en-suite Master Bathroom with twin sinks and walk in shower. The Master Bedroom has a large flat screen TV. One of the great features of our master bedroom is the sitting room feature. You can sit relax, listen to music, read a book or watch TV all in the quiet of your own personal space.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are located on the 2nd floor. The 2nd sleeping area features a queen bed, luxurious fittings and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The 3rd & 4th sleeping areas have two separate bedrooms both with 2 single beds in each room. These 2 bedrooms also share a bathroom.
Also located on the 2nd floor, on the landing is our mini-office. Equipped with a PC running Windows 7, printer, scanner & copier and high speed access to the internet you can be sure never to miss an email, tweet or facebook post!
Bedroom 5 is located on the ground floor and features a queen sized bed, comfortable fixing and a flat screen TV.
Another one of the villas unique features is our in-house games room featuring a full sized pool table, darts board & TV so after a splash in the pool you and your family can join in some m0re family fun.- there is a PlayStation Wii console and with controllers and games.
All room are beautifully finished with comfortable and luxurious furniture. All bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels are all provided for up to 10 guests. With this amount of fixtures and fittings that we offer you can see why our villa is very good value for money, especially when you break it down by the number of guests our villa can accommodate.
High-speed wireless internet access is available all over the villa at no charge, that's right, free! + free local and national calls within the US.

The Villa is fully protected by an alarm system (ADT), with PIR and sensors to all windows and doors including garage doors .All the external doors have a beep to alert in case of young children(this can also be switched off) Fire extinguishers are also provided.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests this is a NON smoking villa and pets are NOT allowed.

Covered lanai (external room) with furniture for al fresco dining comprising of high quality glass table and 6 chairs (2 of which recline) and 2 footstalls. Glass Patio doors with built in blinds from the family room, breakfast room and master bedroom 1. Lanai has a light and ceiling fan. Lanai leads onto extended pool deck with 8 sun loungers and Swing.
South-west facing, 25-foot, fully tiled, heated pool with underwater lighting and steps leading down which you can sit on and integral pool seat at deep end. Heated spa/Jacuzzi, which cascade into pool, located one end of the pool for you to relax and watch the setting sun in the evenings . The pool and spa have a child safety screen to fence off the pool/spa area, and selection of pool toys are provided. Lanai, pool deck, pool and spa are covered with mosquito mesh to provide mosquito free evenings. A new luxury gas BBQ has been provided for the guests and is free to use.
