This is a GREAT condo with Amazing, spectcular views!!!!!! The condo is right on the BEACH AND is in the famous downtown area---It is literly within walking distance to the old town, the seaside Malecon, shopping, galleries, restaurants and grocery stores. It has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a family room. The best feature is the beautiful wrap around balcony with spectacular views! There is also a roof top pool for your use. Most people speak english and most of the condo owners in this building are American. Some of the emenities include: an oven; refrigerator; microwave; blender; coffee machine; cooking utensils,; etc. 2 TVs with satellite, DVD players and VCRs, Playstation Game system. Beach chairs beach toys, linens, and towels. Freee wireless Internet and Daily Housekeeping is included for your convenience! There is also 24 hour secury!!! There are NO hiddon costs.
