The house is an open planned living space with double doors to the patio and landscaped gardens, perfect for barbecues on a hot summer’s night.
Or snug down in the winter in the cathedral style living room with its free-standing log-burning stove. There is plenty of room outside for children to play. The modern stylish kitchen is fitted with all mod cons.
Visit the Wexford Opera festival. Kilmore Quay for their wonderful seafood festival any many other attractions closeby.
As a family, we had the most amazing holiday. This home was perfect for what we needed. The house had every amenity possible. We utilised the house the gardens and the location to it's fullest advantage. I would have no hesitation in recommending this house as a holiday home in fact I can't wait to find an excuse to go back. Thank you to Sam, Jim and your sister in law, you all helped us make the decision that we will return. GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!! 5 stars .....
Great family holiday home, plenty of room and very well equipped and comfortable. The gardens are fantastic and luckily we got freat weather to make th most of them. Very close to Kilmore Quay with great beaches lovely walks and boat trips to the saltees a must. Plenty of local restaurants and Mary Barrys was our favourite with an outdoor play area for the children whch allowed us time to enjoy dinner. Another gret spot was Johnstown Castle we had two lovely days exploring the forest, visiting the meusem and enjoying a picnic.
Would definitely book this property again.
Thanks The Foleys
Really lovely house, just as in the photos. Very clean and spacious and well looked after. Lovely garden, shame the Irish weather is poor and we didn't make the most of the outside area.
Mary Barry's was the best local place meals, really friendly staff too and great food.
Had one day on the beach sheltering in the dunes and lovely meal after at the Crab Shack.
If you like seafood this place will be great for you - within 10 minute drive of the beach.
Customer service ie owner/next door neighbour really friendly and easy to deal with.
Would highly recommend this house for a nice chill out break.
Stayed here with the family and have to say that it was one of the nicest breaks that we have had in a long time.
The property is very clean and in good condition and the nearby Kilmore Quay was a nice spot to go for a bite to eat.
We look forward to our next visit!
We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. The house and the village are so nice and peaceful. My wife and I loved the walks and our little trips to Kilmore Quay. You have made the house really cosy and we enjoyed our evenings by the fire after a quiet drink in the village pub.
Thanks again and we hope to be back soon

Had a great week here in January 2013.
A relaxing retreat after Christmas madness. Property in great condition. Clean and well kept. Had all facilities as required and comfortably slept our family of 6.
There's quite a big garden which was great for the kids. Beach was a 5 minute drive and nice and sandy. Visited the local fishing village of Kilmore Quay and had a lovely dinner in the Wooden house.
Very quaint and idyllic and was a real retreat.
Would definitely recommend
Built on the site of the old Teach Rua (the Red House) on c.3 acre this newly built house is within walking distance of the quaint historic village of Bridgetown. Just a 5 minute drive from Ballyhealy Beach and 6 min drive to the famous thatched village and marina of Kilmore Quay (A Centre of excellence for fishing).
