this house was perfect for what we needed! there were not twin sized beds like i thought but that was ok i had extra sheets! it was just a short walk to the beach! could use a little updating and maybe a little more watchful eye on house keeping, i am very detailed when it comes to that}. Over all this was a great stay!!! would absolutely recommend this to anyone! we had plenty of room and a great time! owner communication was Fabulous! thanks again!!!

I was actually the last person in the unit before you arrived and the cleaning crew was in there prior to my departure. The house was cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival. As far as updating. The home was just completely updated with ceramic floors within the past two years. The new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are less than two months old. The den furniture and dining suit is less than two years old , all bedding including mattresses and box springs are new within this calendar year. All flat panel tv's are new within this calendar year.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Very Nice Place!

We had a great time! This place was very clean and nice. The beach is in walking distance and fishing is fun. The huge TV and amazing surround sound system in the living room made relaxing in the house more enjoyable. We had four adults and five kids staying with us for the week and never felt like we didn't have enough room. We loved the area under the house with the swings and sitting area. It was a great place to relax. I would stay at this place again.

Superb Family Beach Cottage

My family and I stayed here last summer. With 4 bedrooms, there is plenty of room for multiple families. The owner was a pleasure to work with, and all communication was a breezes, the keys arrived in a timely manner. The cottage was very close to the ocean, we used the multiple pools in the complex. The cottage was in terrific condition as shown from the website. Thanks again for the wonderful location and vacation.
