'Royal Palms' - A very luxurious, extremely private air-conditioned villa, 150 ft above the Caribbean & 300 ft. from the water, with extraordinary views and large well-appointed suites. Two bedrooms with baths en suite are on either side of the main living area and all rooms open on to the pool and water views. Owned by an interior designer, nothing is less than perfection in this million dollar property. Sited on almost an acre in extensively landscaped gardens, the setting is ideal for a very private visit or a romantic honeymoon. All rooms face the water and the pool. The two bedroom suites are located on either side of the large main living area. Central is a very spacious living room with separate dining area, powder room, fully equipped kitchen and and over-sized screen porch that is furnished for both lounging and dining. Bedrooms have king size beds and large baths en suite.

Dear Bonnie,
Thank you for the opportunity to
stay at your beautiful "Royal Palms" which we would rate as a "Paradise".
We enjoyed touring the Island, the
rainforest, shopping, etc. The highlight
of each day was returning to our own
personal "Paradise by the Sea" that exceeded our expecations in every way.
We sincerely hope we will have an opporturnity to return again.

WHAT A PLACE!!! Thank you for extending your spectacular home to us last week. We had a great time! I’m just sorry it’s taken me this long to get there. I had a lot of fun exploring your little slice of paradise. We got to see and do a lot of stuff – to include the many restaurants you recommended (all great choices!), plus the Whim Museum, the Botanical Gardens, the Cruzan Rum Distillery, Point Udell, The Buccaneer, downtown Christiansted and F’sted, and others. We also swam in the ocean and in your pool EVERY day. It was a vacation for the ages, and very restful to boot. I only have fond memories of my stay on “Holy Cross” and at the (very) Royal Palms.

Bonnie, I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. Elizabeth and I had the best vacation of our lives at Royal Palms! This was our delayed honeymoon, and I can't think of any way that it could have been better. Obviously, we were struck by the incredible views from the Galley and all the rooms in the house. We also loved the privacy and how well-appointed the home is. We are taking some of your decorating ideas home to our island home at Bald Head Island, NC. (Loved the large grass fans.) The granite counter tops throughout the home are a very nice touch. We can't say enough about this place. You truly have a little piece of paridise at Royal Palms.

The island was also wonderfully slow-paced during this time of year. We took time to take a horseback ride through the rain forrest, toured Buck Island, had a massuese come to the home for relaxing massages on the galley, cruised the island, went snorkeling at the Buccaneer, shopped in Christianstead, visited Cruzean Rum factory, etc. I also went diving at the wall at Cane Bay (gorgeous water and aquatic life).

Charlie was terrific and made sure we were completely comfortable.

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in this incredible home.
