Beautiful oceanfront condo with large terrace and unmatched ocean and coastline views. This condo has been completely remodeled and redecorated. The kitchen has state of the art appliances along with marble countertop. The bathrooms are new from the shower heads to the sinks. The terrace doors completely open to make for a very large living space. Great pool and cabana area. the beach is at your doorstep. 20 minute walk along the beach to town or $3.00 cab ride. Maid service twice weekly. King size bed in master bedroom, two full-size beds in second bedroom. High quality linens provided. Foldout sofa in living room.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever vacationed. The unit itself was just as described, immaculate, no surprises. The view was breathtaking, and we even saw whales breaching from the lanai several times. It was an easy trip to town, but we enjoyed the condo being off the beaten track to relax at our own pool and beach. We are looking forward to going back!

Conchas Chinas - wow!

This luxury condo more than lived up our expections. This Conchas Chinas location is both scenic and convenient. The walk to town along the beach is fun and the bus ride only takes 2 minutes. The maintenance people are friendly and capable. Despite the fact that the fridge was not full of beer upon our arrival, the condo had everything we required. We'll look for it again if available.

We had a wonderful time visiting this condo. The condo itself and the property were clean and beautiful...we could see whales and dolphins breaching as we enjoyed the large balcony terrace. Well-stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc.
Sound of the waves at all times. The second bedroom does not have ocean view, but you can still hear the waves
