Owner's part-time personal residence. Beautiful new house across the street from a small beach. Has everything including rooftop sundeck and jacuzzi. The beach is only accessible by foot. Close to restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing, golfing, parasailing, diving, snorkeling, etc. This place is great!
