Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5-6)

Vistas on the Gulf is a 38 unit condo built on St. Pete Beach in 2003. If you've never been here, the beach is a great place for families, quiet and relaxing. We are the original owners of unit 301 and spend as much time as possible there, it has become our oasis! The gulf front view is just incredible, not only during the day, but look at our pictures to see some of the spectacular sunsets and rainbows we've seen!

The unique thing about our unit is that we have two balconies--a large balcony directly facing west to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Another balcony is off the second bedroom and faces south. This view gives you a great pool view and a beautiful gulf view. One of the nice features of our condo, is that you can walk right out to the beach and can enjoy several beach restaurants/bars and never even have to put on your shoes!

Each unit is individually owned and we have added many personal touches. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a new premium mattress purchased in July '09 and other bedroom has a bunk bed with ladder twin mattress top full mattress bottom purchased Dec '11. The living room also has a double sized sofa-sleeper. As nice as the unit is, you'll most likely be enjoying the beautiful beach and weather outside! New power leather recliner and carpets purchased Septemebr 2011. New air conditioning system installed March 2011.

We clean, upgrade and replace items during each of our 4 visits each year. We take great pride in our condo and believe in putting money back into it to keep it fresh, updated and desireable. We love repeat guests.

About The Owner

My wife and I have owned our beach condo since construction was completed in March 2003 and take great pride in our unit. We visit often from Chicago and are on top of any little repairs or missing household items. It's more than an investment property and your enjoyment during your vacation is important to us! We 're always cleaning, replacing or upgrading something during our 4 visits each year. We belive in putting money back into our condo to keep it clean, fresh and desireable. We want you to have a wonderful experience

Why The Owner chose St Pete Beach

We love St. Pete Beach! My wife's grandparents and parents have been visiting since the 40's. SPB is totally laid back.

Tee shirts, shorts and flip flops is the dress code there. I always say SPB is more like Key West then Palm Beach. Relax and leave your tux and evening wear at home. Our kids are always safe. We never have an issue with them walking on the beach day or night. Not to worry Mom and Dad, no wet tee shirt contests going on here. This is a great family place.

What makes this condo unique

St Pete Beach has beautiful white sand beaches. It has a relaxing laid back feeling to it.

Enjoy a leasure walk along the beach or pick up the pace and run while enjoying the surf, sun and realxing atmosphere.

Don't forget to smile and say hello to the other walkers and runners as they greet you.

Enjoy the many beach side and casual restaurants near my condo. We keep a magnetic listing of our favorites on our refrigerator.

Publix Super Market is 1/4 mile north of us on Gulf Blvd, easy to walk to. There is a trolley (bus) stop in front of our building for easy traveling up and down Gulf Blvd.

You'll love my unit as everyone does as you'll see in the guest comment book we keep in our living room. You won't be disappointed.

New power leather recliner purchased Nov 2011., Sleep Sofa or Futons (1) Sofa sleeper in the living room purchased in 2012. Our 19 yr old 6'3 son sleeps there comforatably when we visit. Rest assured there's no 'bar in your back' like some sofa sleepers., Bunk Beds (2) We purchased a full/twin bunk bed with regular firm mattresses Dec 2011. Two people could sleep in lower full size bed and one person in upper twin size bunk. Stair access to upper bunk (no ladder). Our two girls both 5'10 sleep here. They tell us it's a huge improvement over the trundle beds we had.

What a view!

Even though there was construction going on next door, we still totally enjoyed our stay in the condo. The view is spectacular. We
found great restaurants close by. The property is well-maintained and so is the condo. The owner called to make sure everything was ok. I am sure the construction has been completed next door. So, if you get the chance stay in this wonderful, relaxing Gulf front unit.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children

Talk About a Home Away From Home!!

We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy a stay at the beach! We found it at this Condo! The views were fantastic! The owners have made this condo to be quite comfortable! It truly gave us the space to feel quite at home. We were able to have some of our meals right in the condo or on the balcony. It was great being able to do our laundry in the unit and to bring home clean clothes!

The management in the building was extremely hospitable and helpful, answering all our questions and offering suggestions for restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and well maintained. The beach was steps from the beautiful pool/spa/bbq area. There were numerous restaurants close by. The owner was extremely responsive in answering questions when we were inquiring prior to making the reservation. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning to this condo again in the future!

No Surprises, Just a Relaxing time with a Beautiful View

We've stayed in this unit twice - so far. Corner Unit, great to relax with snacks and beverage as the sun sets into the gulf. Great owner to work with, friendly office staff. The unit is as it appears, nicely updated, clean and well maintained. Appliances all worked as one would hope and expect - no surprises! I sometimes stay and work in downtown Tampa so additional benefit is that the condo is near I-275 for easy access into Tampa without having long drive through St. Petersburg streets, which is a pain if you're much farther north of Vistas. Owner Jim responds quickly to inquiries, you can tell he cares about your positive stay. The is a real Gulf Front unit facing the beach, not side of building Gulf View.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the beach activity, and.every morning we took a long walk on the beach. It is very close to some excellent restaurants, several have become our favorites. The condo is very attractive and clean, and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The owner called to make sure we were happy with the condo and we appreciated his concern. We definitely want to come back.. We have been coming down to St. Pete's Beach for 35 years and it is one of the nicer places that we have stayed.
