The villa is located in a residential area, surrounded by 2000 m2 of garden next to the historic Manor House in Santa Cruz de Quitapesares. It has a terrace of 100 m2 covered mostly with a roof that houses a stone table. It has three bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms.

Located on the peninsula of Morrazo, Bueu is the capital of a land that combines the sea and coastline stretches of cliffs alternating with other low and sandy coast. Bueu is a municipality in the province of Pontevedra in Galicia (Spain) on the northern edge of the peninsula Morrazo with Marin municipalities, Cangas and Moaña, is part of the district of the same name. People created by fisheries because of its canneries. With 22 beaches of coast in summer is visited by people from all over Spain. It is very close Cies and Ons Islands.
