La Quinta Resort Mountain Course 17Th Fairway View Home w/Pool

My family has stayed at this lovely, tastefully decorated dessert home now twice, both in the winter and the summer (mid-July). Each time we have had a wonderful stay!! The home is spacious with plently of relaxing space.

The pool has beautiful landscaping that backs up to the mountain behind the house which provides visitors with a stunning back drop. At night the up lighting around the pool is a spectacular setting for night swimming or outdoor eating. The owners were very helpful when we needed to call regarding the pool lighting.

The house has 3 bedrooms/ 3.5 baths which includes and huge master bath and suite. The kitchen had all the amenities I needed for cooking and my kids loved the pool table. Washer and dryer in the house was very convenient. The house was very clean and well maintained.

The house is located in a gated community on the La Quinta Resort. The hotel services such as the shops, tennis courts and Spa are all in walking distancae. Additional stores, golf courses and tons of restaurants are within a short driving distance from the house.

My husband and sons played golf everyday when we were there in mid july. The greens fees were very low and they were able to play a different course each day without having a hard time getting on.

The house has internet access with a computer and printer.

Our kids (5/14) had a wonderful time as well as the adults. I would highly recommend renting this property for a relaxing stay in La Quinta.

We arrived for a family holiday, and when we walked in, were very impressed by the amazing amount of space, huge recreation areas, and great facilities. The media room has a huge tv w/ many channels, dvd, vcr, movies, etc. as well as computer, wifi, games, and books. Everyone has their own bedroom suite, tv, dvd, etc. and the pool table was a really big hit! There are so many things to do at the house we hardly went out.

The pool and spa, surrounded by palm trees and open to gorgeous views of the mountains, was wonderful, and I enjoyed watching the sunset, and the roadrunners and other birds, quail, and rabbits playing out on the grass. We also enjoyed barbecuing dinner outside.

The property manager was always available when we had questions about activities, golf, etc. It was an easy walk over to the resort and its restaurants, etc. We definitely recommend this home for a rental, and look forward to visiting again soon

I came to the desert frazzled, overworked, and in need of getting away from the buzz of Washington, D.C. From the first moment I walked into the house I felt immediately at home. I was very impressed witth the decor, the attention to detail that gave a feeling of luxury, and that everything I needed to unwind was immediately available. Because I am always on the internet and in need of staying in touch with my work team, I was overjoyed that I could get on line immediately with my wireless computer.
After an early morning swim, shopping and eating at the nearby restaurant I was so very glad that I decided to take time off from a jammed packed schedule. Following a good night's sleep (the bed was great) I headed to the nearby spa for a hot rock massage followed by a great lunch at the hotel. I met new people and was invited to a party that was a lot of fun. I found the house to be a great spot for entertaining----as well as providing an ambience for just a snooze without being disturbed or catching a movie on that big screen cable tv. Two great golf courses are nearby. . I could choose between being social or enjoy the peace and wonderment of the mountains and desert. The owners are customer oriented and made my vacation easy to plan. True joy. I will do it again A must!
