Note: Currently Not Waterfront Due To Drought..There Is Lake Access At Nearby H.O. Park On Main Body Of Lake Within Walking Distance Of Property. Lake Location/Marinas: The property is located at the end of a protected cove at Edgewater Beach @ mile marker 21. Neighboring communites are The Coves of Lake Travis and The Reserve at Lake Travis. This stretch of the lake is ideal for waterskiing and boating and is less crowded than many other areas of the lake around the marinas and Pace Bend Park. However, the marinas are not far away, as the Briarcliff Marina is located just upstream at mile marker 26 and the Lakeway Marina is downstream at mile marker 16. Both marinas have boat and waverunner rentals, gasoline and ship stores for all of your boating needs.

I got this house for my family. They came from out of town to see me graduate. It was absolutely incredible. The lake is a short walk away (because of drought), the area is extremely peaceful, and the owners were fantastic. We didn't have to bring anything but our own food. I would recommend this to anybody looking to have a fun time at the lake in a peaceful area
