Sit on your private deck and watch the dolphins and other sea life. Enjoy a view that won't be soon forgotten. Enjoy the best surfing/boogie boarding around at Moonlight Beach only a couple of blocks away. Stroll down the beach in either direction towards two of the all time great surfing beaches. Beautiful weather and breathtaking sunsets all year long. Secure parking garage under building.
