The Moorings Villa is a stylishly converted Victorian villa benefitting from spacious rooms and high ceilings and is ideally located close to Babbacombe and Torquay.

Internally, the property is furnished to a high standard throughout and benefits from floor to ceiling windows in the living area, creating a light and airy space. Externally, the property offers a large south facing furnished sun deck complete with Rattan furniture and barbeque, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Babbacombe and its neighbouring village, St Marychurch, are home to a selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. The area is also home to a selection of attractions from the prehistoric caves at Kents Cavern to the Babbacombe Model village and Bygones, there is plenty to do in the area to entertain the whole family.

Babbacombe’s secluded beach is within easy reach and is home to The Cary Arms, an award-winning De Savary Gastro Pub, offering fine local fayre in a truly spectacular setting.

Torquay town centre and the harbour itself are only a short drive away. Here you will find a diverse range of restaurants and shopping as well as award winning beaches. From the harbour you can take a boat trip across Torbay to the neighbouring coastal towns of Paignton and Brixham.

Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival. In the run up to and including the Olympic period,the prices of properties in close proximity to the sailing area will vary from those listed above,please refer to the website to obtain prices for this period.
