SeaCrest is a newly built four bedroom house which offers a balcony with views out to sea and located just five minutes from the beach in Barton on Sea.

The property is set over three floors and benefits from a stylish, high standard of finish throughout. Externally, the furnished patio and balcony, car parking space and close proximity to the coastline make SeaCrest an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas.

Please note: There is a £200 security deposit required on all bookings on this property.

This property can only accept 7 night stays.

Open plan living/kitchen/dining area situated on the first floor.

Situated in the Barton on Sea area of the town of New Milton, this property is set between the coastline and the New Forest. Positioned at the eastern end of Christchurch Bay, Barton on Sea has spectacular views over the Solent and the western end of the Isle of Wight and the Needles.

SeaCrest is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful New Forest, a designated National Park since 2005. Here you will find an abundance of activities for the whole family to enjoy including walking, cycling and horse riding together with award winning gardens and museum.

Take time to also explore the surrounding area with many natural highlights including the Jurassic Coast, home to stunning coastal formations and the iconic Durdle Door. Within a thirty minute drive from the property, you will find Bournemouth, a bustling seaside town complete with shops, restaurants and sandy beach.

Visitors to Bournemouth can still take a stroll to the beach along ‘Invalid’s Walk’, which is sheltered by a long row of palm trees and was planted by Lewis Tregonwell – who founded Bournemouth as a settlement. Bournemouth is home to more than 2000 acres of gardens and parks, so there is always a new path to stroll or garden to admire during your stay.
