Santiago House, a Grade 2 listed building, has been stylishly converted from an old brewery building and is located in a popular area on Brewers Quay, ideally positioned for the harbour, beach and town centre.

Internally, the property offers modern accommodation set over three floors and is furnished to a high standard throughout. Externally, the property benefits from being situated within a gated development and offers a furnished balcony overlooking Hope Square, ideal for relaxing and watching the world go by.

Away from the property, and within a short walk, there are an array of sights and areas just waiting to be explored. The golden sands at Weymouth beach are within a 10 minute walk, whilst the harbour is practically on your doorstep and Nothe Fort is an ideal spot for a picnic or barbecue.

Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival. In the run up to and including the Olympic period,the prices of properties in close proximity to the sailing area will vary from those listed above,please refer to the website to obtain prices for this period.
