Oceanfront Townhome, beautiful, quiet beach. Very private with spectacular view of beach/ocean. Go out the sliding glass door, onto porch, down the steps - and you are on the beach. King bed in Master, full bed in 2nd bedroom & (2) twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Two sofas in living area which could be used for sleeping. Large whirlpool tub in master & balcony on ocean side off master. Kitchen fully equipped. Floor to ceiling atrium windows in living area on ocean side, which gives unobstructed view of beach/ocean from inside. Three miles to historic St Augustine. Many outstanding restaurants in immediate area. Marineland, Alligator Farm nearby. Guana Nature Preserve within 10 minutes. 2 hours to Disney World/Universal Studios, World Golf Village. TPC, Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra, World Golf Villaage & several other great golf courses within 15-20 minutes. Shopping & Outlets Mall in close proximity. Offshore fishing and water craft rental 2 miles away. Great surf fishing out the back door
