Villa Bodrum is a very special place, Located in Yalikavak/ Bodrum, it has 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning (3 bedrooms have double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, a saloon with a fire place, and a kitchen(with oven, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dish washer,CD player, Satellite TV, portable barbecue, dishes and other kitchen equipment). It is located in 2500m square garden and it has 90m square swimming pool.(Garden and swimming pool is shared with the villa next to it, owners are staying at the next villa and they prefere sea to swim, you can view the location of both villas from the photos, alternatively you can view our web site- please contact us for the address). There is a very friendly dog in the garden (I mention pet in advance, some guests may not like) We have housekeeper, every day cleans the outside (pool area), collects garbage and does the pool care. This site is a very lovely site with Mediterranean flowers surround and has a great sea view with Greek Islands. It is located 8 minutes by walk to the center of Yalikavak (fisher village) and 3 minutes by car to the most popular 2 beaches,15 km away from the center of Bodrum, 1,5 km to the supermarkets Migros and Gimma. It is 2 minutes by car to the Yalikavak marina, 40 km to the Bodrum/ Milas International Airport, 5km to golf playing ground.

The villa is much more than is written... The pool is very well maintained and very large. The neighbours are very friendly as well as the dogs are. The house keeper does everything around the house and gives a hand where ever possible . The villa is very clean and spacious. We had a real good time in Yalikavak and would recommend it to all our friends and relatives. Hope to return there soon......

Nous avons passé deux semaines l'été dernier dans cette villa et ce fut un véritable plaisir !!
L'endroit et la villa sont de bien meilleure qualité que ce que montrent les photos.
Le jardin est assez important et très agréable (nombreuses plantes et palmiers) avec une très belle piscine à débordement.
La villa est très confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée.
De plus elle est très bien située, en effet la baie de Yalikavak est mangifique (la mer Egée plus fraiche est plus agréable que la méditerranée) et le village est très vivant et très plaisant. On peut aller à la mer en 10 min à pied (max) et au village en 15 min à pied en longeant la plage.
Les propriétaires, voisins de cette villa, sont charmants et très accueillants. Ils nous ont fait goûter plusieurs spécialités locales, un vrai régal !!
Bref, vraiment rien à reprocher et nous y retourneront avec plaisir l'année prochaine
